With two wins under our belt we are off to a great start this season. Three meet to go... GAME ON!
With the team stronger and eager to win great things are going to happen. We had many unexpected amazing races this weekend. We had more team records broken and Time Standards achieved.

We had a great start to the meet with everyone Chicken Dancing ... Sailfish can Dance and Swim...all in the same day. Way to swim keep up the good practices and we will go far.

Boiled Egg, even that Egg-McMuffin.

Fresh Fruit
Dried Fruit
Fruit Roll Ups
Fresh Veggies
Lean Lunch Meat- Turkey is the Best
Beef Sticks
Jerky
Teddy Grahams
Rice Krispy Treats
Snack Mix
Trail Mix
Dry Cereal
Pretzels
Popcorn
Crackers
Bread Sticks
Rice Cakes
Muffins
Bagels
Granola Bars
LIQUIDS FOR MEETS
Water
Kool-Aide
Fruit Juice
Iced Tea
Sports Drinks (in Moderation)
Coffee (in Moderation)
Swimmers MUST eat Breakfast this will FUEL you up for the Day.
You MUST drink regularly throughout the day in order replenish
Fluid loss and avoid dehydration. You need to keep the BODY
FUELED up UP... Eat small quantities all day so that you are
not over filled.
Swimmers you need to DRINK & EAT something after you have
swam so that you can start Re-Fueling the empty tank.
You DO Not want to swim on an empty Tank.
Make sure and see your coach after each race... There might be
a treat waiting for You!
YOU SHOULD NEVER GO TO PRACTICE ON AN EMPTY TANK
Snack before you get there and Don’t Forget your WATER!
